Breathe in… breathe out… breathe in and breathe out
Close your eyes, soft your eyelids and keep breathing, flow with the air
Being now just let the air goes into your body
Up to the head and the air goes down to your neck
To your throat, down to the chest
To your stomache, to your belly
Reach the hips, spreading to two ways to your legs
To the knees, ankles and to your toes

Air going back up from your toes
To the knees, to the hips
Up to the belly, the stomache, to your chest
Then reach your airway, going up to you throat
All the way to your head, make a small turn
Air going out through your nose

You are meditating… you are within you
Be with yourself, breathe and breathe…
