A little bit of Elyn Corredor
Elyn graduated with a master’s degree of business, and she is a certified yoga teacher.
She believes that everything happens for a reason and yoga is a way of life and a life path.
She realized that yoga practice is so much more to learn for the body and mind, and very deep of the spiritual growth. After she graduated, she decided to have a formal yoga teacher training and she became a certified teacher in 2011.
Walking on this path, she has learned a lot and still learning everyday; how to love, how to open the heart as a portal, to connect, to accept who she is, and to understand the reasons she is back to Earth. She is honored and delighted that she can walk on this path this life and keep on loving in whatever way feels right.
Elyn is a mother of twins. The boys are her Sun and Moon and they inspired her to go deeper and to become a certified children’s yoga teacher. She is still learning to be a confident parent sharing the love and light, trust, connect, grounded, humble and respect…
For her growth, she is also a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher and a certified Professional Postnatal Recover Practitioner.
She is doing the practices everyday and continuously studies to grow and open the path to share the light with the others.
